Our latest project Sealcoat & line striping for shopping center located at 7601 N Oak Trafficway Gladestone, MO.
Project was cleaned of debris, grass & dirt. Loose gravel and dust build-up is scrubbed clean with a wire broom and high powered air blower.
Hot rubber sealant was applied to major cracks. 400 degree hot polymer sealant is applied to major cracks.
Mac Pro-blend asphalt sealer is applied to the parking lot. Pro-blend is a hot blended refined tar sealer. Squeegee applied to the asphalt surface with minimum two coats for high traffic parking lots.
Parking were lines reapplied with Sherwin Williams fast-set parking marking paint.
Project was completed over two days to limit interference with busy shopping center.
