Sealcoating Church Parking Lot in Independence, MO

The folks at Maywood Baptist Church contacted us for an estimate after a walkthrough of the lot we submitted our bid. On a follow-up call, we addressed questions they had and scheduled the lot to seal we split this 60,000sq ft lot over 2 days each day we
- blocked our work area, Cleaned all gravel scrubbed dirt spots clear of debris.
- Sealer all major cracks with hot rubber sealant, on this lot, we repaired an existing utility cut with hot mix asphalt.
- Applied Mac Pro blend sealer on the Entire surface.
- Painted all parking lines handicap markings and no parking zones
This project turned out great with a big difference before and after.
