Last Saturday, Gorman Sealcoating & Striping kicked off the 2025 season with a full-service parking lot maintenance project in the Kansas City area. We began by removing overgrown grass and vegetation from the pavement surface, followed by a thorough cleaning using high-powered blowers and steel bristle brooms to ensure proper surface preparation.

Next, we applied hot rubberized crack sealant to all major cracks to prevent water intrusion and extend the life of the asphalt. Once the surface was sealed, we applied MAC 52 coal tar sealer, delivering a uniform, jet-black finish that protects against oxidation, oil spills, and harsh weather.
