Sealcoating Church Parking Lot in Independence, MO

The folks at Maywood Baptist Church contacted us for an estimate after a walkthrough of the lot we submitted our bid. On a follow-up call, we addressed questions they had and scheduled the lot to seal we split this 60,000sq ft lot over 2 days each day we

1. blocked our work area, Cleaned all gravel scrubbed dirt spots clear of debris.
2. Sealer all major cracks with hot rubber sealant, on this lot, we repaired an existing utility cut with hot mix asphalt.
3. Applied Mac Pro blend sealer on the Entire surface.
4. Painted all parking lines handicap markings and no parking zones

This project turned out great with a big difference before and after.
