We cleaned up broken and failing asphalt, cleaned debris, applied SS-1H tack coat to ensure proper bond filled low areas and patched entrance with hot mix asphalt.
We then cleaned and applied 2 coats of sand modified pro blend asphalt sealer first coat squeegee second coat sprayed, after dry time we re applied parking lines and markings all repairs and sealcoating was completed in two days and re opened the day after.
