Parking lot was cleaned of dirt and debris. We then filled major cracks with hot rubber crack sealer pro blend. Asphalt sealer was then applied on the entire parking lot and hand trimmed near curbs. Parking spots then sprayed with the Mac Pro blend asphalt sealer. After dying, we re-applied parking strips and ADA markings. All work was completed on a weeks notice. Start to finish time was one day. Parking lot was re-opening within 24 hours. All on a parking lot left unmaintained for ten years.
