They got a few estimates for replacement and then called us to see if we could offer an alternative that could repair the driveway instead of a full replacement. Their main concern was the large cracks in the driveway. We recommended filling the cracks, patching holes, and Sealcoating the driveway.
We used Sta-Flex Crack Fill and Patch for the large cracks in this driveway. This product is great for cracks and damaged areas in asphalt, it fills and seals the damage keeping the asphalt from breaking up and cracks from spreading.
We then applied Mac Pro-Blend Rubber Modified Asphalt Sealer over the entire surface. This ads an additional layer to the repairs and keeps new cracks from forming, protecting and beautifying the old driveway. These repairs will add years of service life to this driveway.
