The first option we proposed was a complete resurface with of 2” of compacted hot mix to make the surface completely new. And layout and paint new lines for the apartment units.
The property owner indicated he was not interested in full replacement at this time so we came up with another solution to work within his budget.
Option 2 was a patch and repair on the badly damaged and washed out half of the parking lot we cleaned all loose debris from the area needing asphalt apply tack coat to all areas new asphalt would bond to existing pavement and installed 2” compacted hot mix. We then sealcoated we the lot with Mac Pro blend sealer measured and made a new layout for parking lines.
