Driveway Repair and Sealcoat in Prairie Villiage, Kansas
Jason called us to see if we could help with a sinking strain his driveway.This driveway was originally concrete and was capped with asphalt the old driveway had developed a void underneath and that turned into a sinkhole this can be caused by water penetrating to the base and washing it away. Our Kansas Asphalt contractor recommended a process to Asphault repair and prevent future issues with the driveway we first.
- Saw cut and removed the damaged pavement.
- Installed 4” hot asphalt in 2” layers to fill the void and unsure a Striping repair.
- We repaired major cracks with a rubberized crack sealer to prevent water penetration.
- Hand applied Mac Pro blend asphalt sealer with sand aggregate.
